John C. Loudon
Mr. Holley is a Managing Member of Legacy Point. As a seasoned professional with over 20 years in the securities industry, he has held senior positions as a Corporate Officer, Territory and Branch Manager, Trust Specialist and Registered Representative.
Mr. Holley held senior management positions at the Wall Street Firms of Merrill Lynch and A.G. Edwards (now Wells Fargo).
Additionally, he held a Senior Vice President of Capital Markets position for a New York based real estate hedge fund. Having had a very successful investment career, he has also held several FINRA Security Licenses.
Mr. Holley was a Registered Investment Advisor, has earned his AAMS (Accredited Asset Management Specialist) designation through the College of Financial Planning and is a graduate of the Executive Program from Wharton Business School.
A popular public speaker, Mr. Holley has been quoted in several news and industry trade publications. While in the Brokerage field, he oversaw over a half billion dollars in investment assets, advising individual clients, endowments, and public and private institutions, including the Council of State Governments and the National Association of State Treasurers or NAST. He has had the responsibility of supervision, compliance, training, and managing a very large brokerage and staff force in multiple locations. He has also been approved in both Florida and Kentucky as a Continuing Education Provider for both CPA’s and Tax-Attorneys.
Byron is a former member of the Cambridge “Who’s Who” amongst Executives and Professionals and is a University of Kentucky Alumni and Fellow, where he also played for the University’s Football Team. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in both Economics and Finance. John Loudon is a Managing Member of Legacy Point, a seasoned executive and investment advisor. He brings with him over two decades of investment banking, equity capital solutions, international corporate finance and operational expertise.
Mr. Loudon has served in Chief Financial Officer, Chief Executive and Managing Partner, Founder and Advisory Board Member capacities for Investment Banking and Financial Advisory Firms, Luxury-Destination Resorts and large-scale real estate developments. His proficiencies in business operations and structural finance present an international portfolio across numerous industries. John creates innovative business models through quick analysis, formulations and business implementations.
He identifies and leverages unique financial instruments, forges strategic partnerships and structures finance solutions for businesses, natural resources, renewable energy and real estate projects. John has produced unified structures for success, which includes sophisticated financing resources and risk mitigation.
Mr. Loudon previously founded a consulting and transactional firm focused on the development of master planned communities in resort destination locations, including the Caribbean and Central America.
In this capacity, he was the general representative for resort developers by designing, structuring and implementing symbiotic business plans, master plans, community associations and clubs, contract negotiations, entity structuring, organization and maintenance, property transactions from acquisition to end sales, utility agreements and project financing. John has a proven track record of outstanding performance in the complex environment of development, construction and master planned communities in culturally sensitive areas.
As CFO at Hokuli’a, one of Lyle Anderson’s signature properties located on the Kona coast of Hawaii, John was responsible for all aspects of administration, accounting and finance for the $1.5 Billion real estate development and club operations organization. His leadership aided the organization and established policies and procedures for the expansion of the entire organization to include lending, bonding, risk management, information technology and financing closing on over $200 million in sales and $500 million in financing during his tenure.
Mr. Loudon holds Bachelor of Science | Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Western New England College and currently holds a real estate license in the State of Georgia. He has been active in the local community and has served on the Board of Directors of the Hawaii Community Federal Credit Union, Board of Directors of the March of Dimes and Treasurer and Board of Directors of the YMCA in Kona, Hawaii. John is an avid golfer and member of the Atlanta Athletic Club in Duluth, Georgia.
Timothy J. King

Timothy J. King is a distinguished corporate executive with 25+ years of financial services experience in banking, insurance, investments and commercial real estate development.
He joins the Advisory Board of Legacy Point Capital, bringing his valuable industry experience to the Legacy Point Capital team.
Mr. King leads a distinguished career within the banking industry having served as Chairman, President and CEO of Wells Fargo Insurance, President of Norwest Investments and Insurance, Executive Vice President KeyCorp, CEO of KeyBank NA and President of KeyBank’s Retail Group.
Mr. King served as Chairman, President and CEO of Wells Fargo Insurance Inc., a subsidiary of Wells Fargo & Company (NYSE: WFC). He was President of Norwest Insurance and Norwest Investment Services until the merger of Norwest Corporation and Wells Fargo in 1998. He joined Wells Fargo and Norwest to oversee mergers and acquisitions, and financial reporting for the Southwestern Community Banking Group. Mr. King served as Executive Vice President of KeyCorp (NYSE: KEY) and Member of the KeyCorp Management Committee and Executive Council, CEO and President of Retail Banking Operations at KeyBank NA, the subsidiary of KeyCorp. He served as Senior Vice President of BancOhio Corporation in Columbus, Ohio, where he also served as Regional President of its Northwestern Banking Group and President of its insurance subsidiary.
He also served as President of Webstrand Corporation, a commercial real estate development firm headquartered in Ohio. He served as Senior Vice President of Suburban Bank in Bethesda, Maryland, where he was responsible for retail banking and branch administration, lending, marketing and operations of its statewide system.
Mr. King began his career as Vice President with Cleveland Trust Bank to oversee commercial lending, corporate mergers and acquisitions. Other roles include President and CEO of First Federal Savings & Loan, Chairman of Rural Community Insurance Services, Chairman of HD Vest Financial Services, Vice Chairman of Acordia Incorporated and Director of Hampton Roads Bankshares Incorporated.
An alumnus of The University of Notre Dame, he earned his Bachelors degree in History and Business, his Masters degree in Business Administration from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio and attended John Marshall Law School in Cleveland. Mr. King is recognized as President and Board Member of the American Banker's Insurance Association (ABIA).

Tripp Amos is the State Sales Coordinator for Georgia-South which encompasses Columbus, Albany, Macon, Valdosta, Brunswick, and Savannah.
His leadership began in 2004 - his state has reached MPI in 2004, 2007, and 2010; also qualifying for three Key Clubs, two President’s Club, two Top Ten Trophies and three FAME qualifications.
Most recently, Tripp has been speaking at National Conventions and various state meetings regarding his development of A*FAME.
Tripp worked summer jobs at Aflac since he was 15. At age 18, he received his insurance license and joined Aflac’s field force in 1988. Tripp graduated from Furman University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, as well as attending The London School of Economics and Kansai Gaidai University in Hirakata, Japan, and received his MBA from Emory University. After an internship in The Netherlands with AEGON’s Strategic Planning Division, he joined AFLAC full-time in 1994, to become part of its International Operations area.
He then moved into the Corporate and Market Development division as Director of Strategic Planning and Research where he was later promoted to Second Vice President of Corporate and Market Development. In 1999, he was Vice President of Field Force Development where his responsibilities included field recruiting, multicultural development, training development, and sales promotions/communications development between the field force and WWHQ.
Before becoming State Sales Coordinator, Tripp was the Vice President and East Territory Director heading up the newly created territory, which included Kentucky, West Virginia, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia; better known as the “Beasts from the East.”
